1. Initial Consult
2-9. Birth of the Sacred Mother Series: Prenatal
10. Labor Support (early labor check-in only)
11-12. Extended Postpartum Support Visits
13-16. Birth of the Sacred Mother Series: Postnatal
17-21. Additional Support (if needed)
After our initial consult and before your labor, we will do the first eight "Birth of the Sacred Mother" coaching sessions focusing on prenatal education. Then after your labor and 2 postpartum support visits, we will finish the last four "Birth of the Sacred Mother" coaching sessions focusing of postnatal changes. So I ask that clients commit to the full package of Partnership covered appointments listed above. It would be ideal to start working with me by at least 4 months before your due date, as to have ample time for all our our preparatory appointments.
I can always accept clients for prenatal and postnatal coaching, however I have limited availability to be on call for labors. I am unable to offer continuous labor support, but can occasionally offer an early labor check-in visit to set you up for success.
