~Covers Up To 21 Doula Visits~
1. 90 minute consult
2. CBE Module 1: Preparing the Mind and Body
3. CBE Module 2: Stages and Phases of Labor
4. CBE Module 3: Decision Making in Labor
5. CBE Module 4: Informed Consent and Birth Planning
6. CBE Module 5: Postpartum Recovery
7. CBE Module 6: Breastfeeding and Newborn Care
8. Labor Tools Practice: Pregnancy Ball, Rebozo, TENS Machine, Birth Swing
9. Early Labor Check-In
10. Home or Hospital Labor and Delivery
11. Post Birth Care Visit - 3 hrs
12. Postpartum Support Visit - 3 hrs
13-21. Up to nine additional 1 hr home visits (via doctor recommendation)​​

I ask that Medi-Cal clients commit to the full package of Partnership covered appointments listed above. Therefore, it would be ideal to start working with me as your doula by at least 4 months before your due date, as we will do a series of childbirth education sessions. However, delayed enrollment may be accommodated.
Prenatal and postpartum visits are typically scheduled during my business hours. My on-call labor availability varies throughout the year, and will be outlined for each individual circumstance.
